THE RECIPE::
Curry-NA-Hurry
Decide on the heat intensity of your curry (mild, medium, hot)
Decide on protien (beef, fish, chicken) or vegetarian
Ingredients
tomatos
potatoes
1 big onion
garlic
ginger
green bell pepper
coconut milk
cilantro
sea salt
dash of lemon
garam masala
butter
1. Melt butter in a hot pan
2. Chop the onions, garlic, and ginger, and cook in buttered pan
3. Pour in the coconut milk and turn down heat to a medium
4. Add meat and/or vegetables to the pan
5. Turn heat back up to hot and add water
6. Simmer for 15 minutes
7. Add garnish and serve
That’s curry in a hurry!
